First of all I knew from the reviews and the preview that this was basically like Honor Student however from William's POV, so I wasn't really sure if I would be able to get into it. However with that being said... I was greatly mistaken. I LOVED LOVED LOVED being able to see what he was thinking about. I knew what was coming since I read Honor Student first, so that wasn't a complete shock but his thoughts and feelings is what really was the shocker. I couldn't believe some of the things that went thru his head.But the best part was that there were multiple parts in this book that left me speechless and with my mouth on the floor. When finishing the first book I was happy as a clam thinking that here's this man that had a troubled past, and girl with a hard past coming together and working thru everything to both become something great together. However that illusion was quickly distinguished when reading this part. I mean I always had a feeling that there was more to a story then he was telling Emma, but wow never would I have every thought.. attempted murder..murder...drugs. I litterly was yelling OMG when he actually showed what he would do to someone that touched her. There was always a twist that I never saw coming and it really left me in a funk because I really really wanted him to be someone that I could love as a character, and in ways I do, however the fact that he was never completely truthful, you can see how manipulative he really is.
Overall I have to say that I really enjoyed the opposite points of view. I've read too many books where it's only from the heroines POV and you would kill to see what the hero is truely thinking.. or where they actually went when they disappeared for 3 hours.
I can't wait for the next book in the series to see where things go from here..

Imagine my surprise when after reading Honor Student, I saw that Teresa also wrote the same story but from William's perspective. It is the biggest treat to lovers of Honor Student! I LOVED getting into William's head, and while this is from William's perspective it still tells a different story. You see everything that happens from Honor Student from William's perspective and SO MANY secrets are revealed. I couldn't get enough! I hope the author does this again with the next book in the series because I love it. HOT! SEXY! AMAZING! If you like erotic and sexy novels, add this to your MUST READ list!
I have to say this book was much, much better than the first. Of course, I had no idea it was the same story as the first, but from His Point of View...
It was nice to see the story and then to read what "really" happen... and when I read what really happened, it left me really wanting more... I am eager to see just how far he has gone, or will go to protect someone.. and the plot thickens now that "J" is in the picture. How is he going to get around that one?
Patiently waiting to read more of what is to come.. but I would much rather have it from his POV so we have the truth
Honor thy teacher is book two of the honor series. Don't read it without reading honor student first!
As I mentioned in my review of Honor Student, I am not usually a fan of anything bdsm so I was hesitant to try this series. However I was very impressed with book one.
Don't let the fact that this book is told from Williams point of view turn you off. it is NOT simply the same story!! SO many things come out about William that were shocking and there were several things revealed that help you to better understand him as a person. Your views of the him are challenged and changed and I was left still confused about how I felt!
Cant wait for book three!
The idea of creating a separate story from another character's perspective has been done before. what I found interesting as well as different was the darkness of the William character. I mean we knew he was crazy, controlling but a murderer? I liked this book better than the first. I rated this a 3 star because again it feels like the author is "borrowing" concepts and story lines from other successful authors. However as the story evolves more, I see the uniqueness of this story. I think this author has a lot of potential. The eroic parts at very steamy. I am less interested in Emma's perspective after reading this book. I want to know how far crazy William is willing to go or how far has he already gone?
This book follows the same plot as "Honor Student" but is from Williams POV, and I LOVED the insight into his mind I felt like the plot was a little better developed in this book than the first, and there were definitely some surprises that made me gasp out loud. I think that this was my favorite book out of all 4 in the series! Again, I really really wanted to give every book in this series a 5-star review, but there was just a slight underdevelopment or characters and plots, so much untapped potential that could have (maybe even SHOULD have) been developed much further. Though I'll say that this book was, in my humble opinion, the best written and developed out of the whole series.
This book had me stunned. I still don't know what to think. I loved reading this story from his point of view. And when the bombs started dropping - my jaw was quite literally, almost hitting the floor. There were a couple of things that had me wondering, very briefly, what was going on when I read the first book. But I brushed these aside as unimportant. Holy crap was I wrong! What amazed me was how much was going on that we, the heroine and the readers, had no clue about. I can't help but think that when this guys world comes crumbling down, things are going to happen in a big way - and I can't wait to read all about it!!
I must mention that I noticed quite a bit more typos in this one than in the first though. Mildly annoying. I was an English major in college. )
